Fruitful Jobs has built its business in the competitive soft fruit market, working as a SAWS operator since 2008 as well as supplying A8 and EU / Commonwealth workers since 2001. 

We have a team in Poland that recruits just for us, on a specific farm by farm basis, this means workers are invited to attend presentations on a specific farm rather than a generic presentation. The worker actually chooses the farm that they want to go to based on the information given to them in the presentations. Our team in Poland select workers from their applications to attend presentations, and then workers are given small group / individual interviews and they are further selected from these. In some cases clients will then come over seas and do a final selection or our team will make the selection. 

We carry out criminal record checks on workers, if you have specific criteria we can select based on these, dexterity testing is also carried out to identify workers best suited to manual harvest work. 

As a labour provider we are interested in supplying you what you need, when you need it. We are able to adapt and offer you a solution that will suit your budget and your business. 

If you wish to employ workers directly we can offer you a competitive introductory fee per head.

We can also offer PAYE solutions, where we will charge you an hourly rate. 

We can also, offer a price per job, where we will quote you a total price for a particular job and this is the total price you will pay regardless of the duration of the job.
